We've expanded the form based on your comments and improved it to prevent mistakes. For example, you can't enter an admission fee while the "Free Admission" box is checked.

We've simplified the entry for event dates with only the month and date required.  Please note that all months and days require two digits. For example, 01-01 is January 1st and 02-09 is February 9th.

The optional information helps us to help you and includes a box for your comments and requests. This form drives everything from the Northwest Car Events Calendar (the "little yellow book") to the website event updates.
